Homemade Peppermint Foot Cream
1 tablespoon of cocoa butter, firmly packed
¼ cup shea butter firmly paced
2 tablespoon coconut oil firmly packed
1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 teaspoon vitamin E oil (about 12 capsules)
¼ teaspoon tea tree essential oil
¼ teaspoon peppermint essential oil
1-2 teaspoons peppermint extract
Then feel free to put it in a really neat container. My mail carrier loves this gift.
In a double boiler, melt the cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, and avocado oil mix well and remove from heat. Let cool until it starts to set up. I usually put it in the fridge or freezer to help this process go a little faster. Once cooled, add in remaining ingredients. Using a hand mixer, whip lotion and then pour into desired containers.
Enjoy! Don’t feel limited to only use this on your feet. I think it is a great all around lotion.
