Smoked Salmon Spread

12 oz. fat-free cream cheese
½ cup fat-free sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. hickory liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 can (14.75 oz.) red salmon, drained, or 2 cups cooked and flaked fresh salmon
2 Tbsp. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
Tortilla Soup
(Makes 4 servings)
½ lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-size pieces
3 ½ cups fat-free chicken broth
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/3 cups frozen whole-kernel corn
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, not drained
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chilies
3 corn tortillas (6-inch), cut in eighths
