Being a Great Employee

Cathy interviews the author of one of her favorite books that came out in 2012. His name is Quint Studer and his book is titled The Great Employee Handbook: Making Work and Life Better. Quint is CEO of the Studer group and he says the issues most people struggle with have little to do with our ability to do the work. It’s actually things that happen around the good we are at keeping projects moving, whether we make life easier or more difficult for our co-workers, and how well we can read and respond to customers’ unspoken needs. Quint is going to be a regular contributor on Problems Solutions.
